Yeah, while I don't know that it's explicitly stated that they cater
to academic libraries all the libraries in the early adopter program
that I'm aware of are academic. It's also a very new system -- in a
way that's good, because it means we get in early enough in the
development that our recommendations have a good chance of being
incorporated into the final product. The bad part, of course, is that
there are still wrinkles to be ironed out. We're rolling it out on
the test server now but we're not scheduled to go live until November
at the earliest. There will be lots and lots of training in between

I don't know how y'all do it in those little libraries. I'm not sure
I could handle wearing so many hats. Good luck with the hiring -- at
least it's a good market to be hiring in. I had a hell of a time
finding a new job last year and I was willing to relocate just about
anywhere.
