"My name is Stephen (Steve) Winick, and I'm pretty new to the group. I was directed here by some of my friends because I have written some historical pieces on the Green Man, but also because I love Charles's books!. I'm a folklorist, and also a folksinger and music journalist with a background in Celtic music. I used to write for one of the same magazines as Charles back in the day (...Dirty Linen)! I also used to run the panel programming at FaerieCon, and in that context ran panels with Charles de Lint, MaryAnn Harris, Charles Vess, and others.
