Re: What are you reading?

I'm finally reading "A Game of Thrones". I've had it for a while, but I've
wanted to wait until Martin got a lot of the series out before starting it.
I'm at the point where the guy saves the other guy from the zombie.

After several years of off-and-on reading, I'm *almost* finished with a
complete writings of Lovecraft. I've read all the stories and I'm on his
poetry. The first several stories were pretty dreadful, but things improved.
I admit I don't understand poetry too well, but this poetry is, um, not good.

I'm also reading "Learning Python". If you ever have to learn Python, do
yourself a favor and find another book. This would be really great as an
in-depth language reference, but it isn't great as a means of actually
learning the language. This is an O'Reilly book, and I'm used to their
books being much better. Ah well, everyone's bound to have a stinker from
time to time.
