Watched it last night. I don't think it's been answered, though. Without
getting into spoilerific discussions, I'll say that Ollie didn't seem
perturbed by the epitaph. If Wednesday's episode was the answer, then he'd
have been a teensy bit upset at the gravesite for non-Tommy issues.

Really good episode.

Well... That would work, certainly. It's three times as many syllables
to be a useful replacement for "taped".
