Fiction River

This is when I spam the list with crass commercialism.

Kristine Kathryn Rush and Dean Wesley Smith are getting back into the editing game. I know most of you are old enough to remember Pulphouse, the glorious magazine that nearly bankrupted them. Most of you were probably reading The Magazine of Fantasy and Science Fiction when KKR was editing it. It's been a long time since we were able to buy something they put together, and I, for one, have missed it.

It seems that time is pretty much over.

They're putting together a new bi-monthly mag right now. They've already met their funding goals to start it, and they have two days left of raising money to keep it running for a while. I can't even begin to tell you folks just how excited I am to be able to pay money for this.

They're already funded well enough to get the project off the ground. Right now, it's possible to look at that Kickstarter project as a way to get a discounted subscription. This, my friends, is my idea of *cool*. It is awesome. I am unashamed to giggle with anticipation. YES I WILL FUCKING GIGGLE!

So, yes, I'm spamming you folks with a link that can take your money. Forgive me. I'm just kinda jazzed about this thing.
