For Christ sake, you're the only one who can decide that, Sibyl. You
have two choices:

1) Show some agency and either stay and take your licks while you try
to figure out how to negotiate a written discussion, or

2) Show some agency and leave.

No one's going to make that decision for you, but if you're unhappy
then you should not spend your time here. You should spend some time
doing things that you enjoy and that make you happy.
