My dad actually did die quickly with a heart attack -- but only after he'd already dealt with five other heart attacks, a triple bypass and a pacemaker installation. It was the sixth heart attack that did it.

Ellen, who had to think for a few minutes about how many heart attacks he actually had and realised it really was six. He had the sixth in the hospital whilst hospitalised with the fifth.
