So sorry to hear that, Everett. Even if it's a decision that's for the best and makes your life easier, closing down a business is a pain. The DH and I ended up filing for bankruptcy when his construction company folded several years ago. I wish I knew what to say or do to make things easier for you.
Will be thinking of you and hoping everything goes as quickly and painlessly as possible.
