Both are correct, depending on your meaning, and in sound waves and
presence, it would be fairly obvious which you mean.
One is an exclamation intended to inform rambunctious people or dogs
that they should settle down, and the other is a statement that the
previous statement from someone else should be listened to, like "Amen",
an enthusiastic agreement.
