I'm not watching television at this time, and when I do, I only get
broadcast stations, not cable.

That said, I loved Lost for two or three seasons, never missed it. Then
I got just too fed up and disgusted with all the reruns, and all the
episodes that were all flashbacks with things I'd seen before, just
slightly altered or with something new about that scene revealed (they
must save a lot of money on filming that way), and all the stuff that I
figured was never going to be explained in any way possible. They
reached the Outer Limits of my Willing Suspension of Disbelief, and I
hate being manipulated. Time travel stories tend to give me a headache
even for the relatively mild ones, anyway. (I did see "Life on Mars"
through to the end).

"Fringe" lost me about the third time that they cut open or burst open a
human body, sometimes alive and sometimes a corpse, and showed it packed
full of insectile or tentacular "thing(s)". At that point, it was
"Never again!". Just call me squeamish. But autopsy scenes and
rotten-corpse scenes never made me swear off "Bones" or "CSI", though
I'm not watching them now either. I would if I turned the tv set on.
