I know the feeling. Hearing that Henry is 19 really brought it home again. I have barely gotten used to my own boys. When I joined this list, they were barely a baby and a three or  four year-old. Kieran (Jacob) is 18 and 6' 6" tall. Felix (Andy) is 15 and 6' 3". How the hell does this happen?!?

And Deb, there is no way that boy is nine. It is not possible.

You people need to stop talking about grown/growing children. You are interfering with my happily and obliviously maintained single and childless "young adult" mental model of myself.
