Your ability to judge the situation seems disastrously
compromised. Spoiled little girls are almost the very
definition of sociopathic narcissists. Your behavior is
indistinguishable.

If Criminal Minds isn't lying to me, then all teenagers profile
as sociopaths. And I take almost all my larnin' from television.

That's pretty much why I had to stop watching Criminal Minds. I just
couldn't continue to take that much malfunction every week.

BTW, in case anyone is under any misapprehensions, this "spoiled little
girl" is sixty-seven years old, with a 37-year-old daughter, and worked
at minimum-wage and lower, mostly relatively menial, jobs all her life.
And I have no idea what Matt knows about my behavior. Even if he'd been
lurking here the whole time that I've been here, it couldn't be much.

Again, WFT. Nobody asked you your age, your job, or anything of the sort. Once again, you avoid the issue at hand and try to change the subject.

This has nothing to do with anything.

Also, get your people correct. Mal was the one who cottoned onto you. Matt's been really quite the past day or two and staying out of the fray.

I've been trying really hard to stay out of this. I hate when conversations devolve to this point. Plus, it's Great Lent and I really don't want or need unnecessary conflict.

But I've got to say something at this point. Sibyl, you've been really pleasant to me personally. But you're acting ridiculous when it comes to the rest of the people on this list. I cannot wrap my mind around why you keep sidestepping everything everyone says to you. I can't figure out your bizarre attempts at oneupmanship  (I can't get that to look right no matter where I put dashes or spaces in) with off topic information that just seems to be thrown out there to look clever.

Look, the people on this list are reasonable, intelligent folks. When nearly everyone who is communicating with you here is calling you out for acting like an ass, you ought to take a look at what you're doing and see if there might be some truth to it. If you really, honestly look and don't see any problems, then so be it. But I think you at least ought to take a look.

Also, for someone who claims to have developed such good coping strategies for dealing with undiagnosed autism, you sure aren't coping very well in your conversations right now. I'm not entirely convinced it's a symptom of your autism. I don't know enough about autism to judge it. But I do know that you're failing miserably at engaging in constructive conversation with most everyone here. Watching this continue to go on and on is very frustrating. It's making me sad. And really, kind of pissed off.

Maybe you can find a way to stop it?

That's really all I've got to say. I hope it stays that way.

Matt
