Not so much. Back in '97, the bodega next door to my office stocked an almost edible "Cinnamon Flavored Danish" that became a regular snack for me. Most of their other foods were dry cereal, ramen, chewing gum and cheap beer. Given that I'd often have just about enough time at lunch to run next door to buy smokes, I wound up eating quite a few of those -- probably a couple of hundred over two years -- despite the fairly horrific idea of "cinnamon flavored." Due to that alone, I've probably eaten enough preservatives to guarantee my immortality.
I never did have the courage to read the ingredients.
