Even people who believe themselves to be "immune" to poison ivy usually
develop sensitivity with continued exposure to it, and since they've
learned to be careless about it (if they recognize it at all), their
first case is likely to be horrendous. Lotsa duct tape could get very
expensive and painful. Get some Ivy-Block and Technu at the drugstore
to rub on them before and after deliberately exposing themselves
(Ivy-Block before, and a shower with Technu after) as directed. Washing
with mere soap after exposure needs to take place within twenty minutes,
or the chemical forms a bond with skin. The Technu can break that bond.
